Clogged gutters back up against the fascia and dump water where it shouldn't go. I clear the debris by hand, flush the runs and downspouts, and confirm the water actually moves.
The dark 'tiger-stripe' staining on the outside of the gutters is a separate job most people forget — I can soft-wash that face clean so the whole line looks new from the curb.
